Cancellation Policy
Window Cleaning Pricing & Policy Our pricing is based on the number of panes to be cleaned. A pane is defined as a single piece of glass that can be cleaned without lifting a squeegee blade. For example: A window with a crank-out mechanism typically has 1 pane. A double-hung window, where part of the glass slides upwards, typically has 2 panes. Upon arrival, we will confirm the number of panes with the customer and work order. If discrepancies are found, we will adjust the count and price accordingly. Until the scope of work is verified in person, all pane counts and quotes are considered rough estimates, and the final price will be confirmed during the visit. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed, but if made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, a $50.00 charge will apply. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services.
