Red Eye Exterior Cleaning
Policies
At Red Eye Exterior Cleaning, I believe in clear communication, fair pricing, and straightforward service. The following policies help ensure smooth scheduling and a great experience for everyone

Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion of service unless another arrangement has been made in writing prior to the appointment.
If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, a late fee of $50 per week will be applied until the balance is paid in full.
Red Eye Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to pause or refuse future services for customers with unpaid balances.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Appointments are scheduled in advance and time is reserved specifically for your property.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
This policy helps cover lost time and travel that cannot be filled on short notice.

Estimates and Pricing
All quotes are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may change if:
• The scope of work differs from what was originally described
• Access to areas is more limited than expected
• The condition of the property requires additional time, labor, or materials
Whenever possible, pricing adjustments will be communicated before additional work is completed.
Scheduling and Arrival Times
Appointment times are scheduled as accurately as possible. However, arrival times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, or delays on previous jobs.
If an unexpected delay occurs, reasonable effort will be made to communicate an updated arrival time.

Weather Policy
Exterior cleaning services depend on safe working conditions. Services may be rescheduled due to rain, lightning, strong winds, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions.
If weather affects your appointment, Red Eye Exterior Cleaning will work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the areas being serviced. For Basic Window Cleaning Exterior Screens must be removed prior to technician arrival

Before your appointment, please ensure:
• Windows and doors are closed unless interior work is scheduled
• Pets are secured
• Water access is available if needed
• Any fragile or valuable items near work areas are moved

If a technician arrives and the job cannot be completed due to lack of access, a service charge may apply.

Pre Existing Conditions
Red Eye Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre existing conditions, including but not limited to:
• Oxidized or failing window frames
• Loose or improperly sealed glass
• Brittle or damaged screens
• Cracked glass
• Failing paint or siding
• Existing structural damage
If weather affects your appointment, Red Eye Exterior Cleaning will work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.
Cleaning Results
Exterior cleaning services can significantly improve the appearance of a property. However, some staining, oxidation, or discoloration may be permanent and may not be fully removable.
Insurance
Red Eye Exterior Cleaning is insured up to $2 million.
Right to Refuse Service
Red Eye Exterior Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if job conditions are unsafe or if a customer behaves in a threatening or inappropriate manner.

Water Usage Policy
Most exterior cleaning services require access to the property's exterior water supply. Customers are responsible for ensuring that a functioning water spigot is available on the property at the time of service.
Red Eye Exterior Cleaning uses the customer’s water supply for services such as window cleaning, house washing, gutter flushing, and pressure washing. Water usage for these services is generally comparable to running a garden hose for the duration of the job.
If water access is not available upon arrival and was not disclosed in advance, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and a service charge may apply.
Window Leak Disclaimer
Window cleaning may expose pre existing leaks or seal failures that were not previously noticeable. Over time, many homes develop worn seals, deteriorated caulking, or small gaps around window frames.
Red Eye Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for water intrusion caused by:
• Failed window seals
• Improper window installation
• Deteriorated caulking
• Existing structural issues around windows
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all windows are properly sealed and maintained prior to service.

Hard Water Stain Disclaimer
Hard water stains, mineral deposits, and glass corrosion are common on exterior windows that have been exposed to sprinklers, irrigation systems, or long term mineral buildup.
Standard window cleaning removes dirt, debris, and surface contaminants but may not fully remove hard water stains or mineral etching.
Specialized restoration processes may be required to improve or remove these stains. In some cases, long term mineral deposits may have permanently etched the glass and cannot be completely restored.
If hard water staining is present, Red Eye Exterior Cleaning can discuss restoration options if applicable.
