Cancellation Policy
Upon arrival, we will verify the areas to be cleaned with the customer and the work order. All quotes until verified, are considered rough estimates, and the quoted price cannot be confirmed until the scope of work is confirmed in person by an employee. Pictures will be taken before and after and provided to the customer to ensure satisfaction. We are unable to disassemble gutter covers, gutter helmets, and other semi-permanent/ fully permanent covers. Areas that are covered can be flushed with water, but we cannot perfectly guarantee results if gotter covers are present. Cancelation is always available, though cancelation within 24 hours of our scheduled arrival time will incur a charge of $50.00 All services must be paid for after completion, any unpaid invoices are subject to litigation if notices to collect payment are left unacknowledged.
