It’s the ideal choice for routine maintenance and keeping your home looking sharp without unnecessary add-ons. $210 minimum for up to 35 panes of glass What’s Included Full exterior glass cleaning using professional-grade tools Consistent, streak-free finish Service performed by an owner-operator who takes pride in every detail What to Expect Screen Requirement (Basic Service Only) -All exterior screens must be removed prior to arrival to allow full access to exterior glass -Screens will not be removed, cleaned, or reinstalled as part of this service -Windows with screens still installed at the time of service may be skipped Service Scope -Service applies to all accessible windows only -Accessibility is determined at the time of service and may be limited by height, obstructions, safety concerns, or window condition Window Cleaning Limitations -Standard window cleaning does not include removal of hard water staining, mineral buildup, iron stains, -adhesives, paint, or construction debris -These require separate restoration services and are not included in standard pricing If present, these conditions can be evaluated and quoted separately
Cancellation Policy
Window Cleaning Pricing & Policy Our pricing is based on the number of panes to be cleaned. A pane is defined as a single piece of glass that can be cleaned without lifting a squeegee blade. For example: A window with a crank-out mechanism typically has 1 pane. A double-hung window, where part of the glass slides upwards, typically has 2 panes. Upon arrival, we will confirm the number of panes with the customer and work order. If discrepancies are found, we will adjust the count and price accordingly. Until the scope of work is verified in person, all pane counts and quotes are considered rough estimates, and the final price will be confirmed during the visit. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed, but if made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, a $50.00 charge will apply. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services. Unpaid invoices may result in legal action if collection notices are ignored. Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand by our work—satisfaction is always guaranteed.
