What to Expect Service Scope -Service applies to all accessible windows only -Accessibility is determined at the time of service and may be limited by height, obstructions, safety concerns, or window condition Window Cleaning Details -Standard window cleaning does not include removal of hard water staining, mineral buildup, iron stains, adhesives, paint, or construction debris -These require separate restoration services and are not included in standard pricing -Attempting to remove these without proper restoration methods can damage glass, so they are intentionally excluded -If present, these conditions can be evaluated and quoted separately Screen Cleaning -Screens must be installed in the home at the time of service -All screens are removed, cleaned, and reinstalled during the service -Loose, pre-removed, or stacked screens including garage piles will not be cleaned or sorted -Screen cleaning is limited to screens associated with accessible windows Exterior Washing Notice -Red Eye Exterior Cleaning is not responsible for water intrusion or damage related to pre-existing conditions in exterior outlets, doorbells, light fixtures, or improperly sealed areas -All services are performed using professional soft washing and pressure washing methods, but water exposure is a normal part of the process

Stains: While we aim to remove dirt, mildew, and algae, we cannot guarantee removal of stubborn stains (e.g., oil, rust, paint, construction materials) that have penetrated surfaces. Paint & Construction Materials: We are not liable for stains or damage from paint, coatings, or construction materials like mortar or sealants. Softwashing may expose hidden issues or worsen damage. Rust Stains: Rust or mineral stains from metal or plumbing may not be fully removed, and we do not guarantee their removal. Pre-Existing Conditions: Softwashing may not restore surfaces damaged by oxidation, age, or severe staining. We are not liable for damage from prior conditions. Customer Responsibility: Address oxidation, stains, or damage before cleaning. Consult a professional for specialized treatments if needed. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time incur a $50.00 charge. Payment Terms: All services must be paid upon completion.
